Level 4 Award in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Leadership and Management in the Early Years

This qualification builds on the knowledge and understanding gained in the Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs in the Early Years Setting and is designed for those already working in a lead SENCO role and who wish to increase confidence in relation to leadership and management in specific aspects of SENCO.

This qualification will provide learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills evaluate, improve and lead effective practice in the SENCO role.

Entry Requirements: Learners MUST hold a CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent and MUST be working as an experienced Early Years Practitioner in a lead SENCO/SEND role.

Course duration: 8 weeks

Assessment: Portfolio of evidence, professional discussions and a practitioner-led enquiry

Cost: AED 3,500.00 (inclusive of 5% VAT)

Venue: Office 2606, Tameem House, Barsha Heights, Dubai
