Course Format

• Live Online Sessions: Join weekly virtual classes with engaging instruction and peer collaboration.

• Full tutor support throughout your learning journey.

• Note: Placement hours are not part of this course.

Duration

Approx. 9–12 months. Complete the course in 9–12 months while continuing in your managerial role. You must independently complete 350 hours of placement in an early years setting.

Assessment

Assessment methods include:

• Workplace observations

• Written assignments

• A research-based project
   

These components ensure you apply leadership principles in a real-world setting.

Entry Requirements

To enrol, you must have:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification

• A current or intended managerial role in an Early Years setting

• At least 3–5 years of experience in early years care
