Course Format
Live Online via Zoom — two interactive sessions, each four hours long. Both sessions must be attended to qualify for certification.

Duration
The course runs over 2 days with 4-hour sessions each day.
Assessment
You’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance based on your active participation. Please keep this certificate if you plan to progress to Level 2.​
Entry Requirements
This course requires no prior experience or qualifications. It's accessible, welcoming and perfect for beginners.
