Will the courses be online or in-person?

QuEST offers courses In-Person within the UAE and Online either Live on Zoom (real-time with a trainer) or On-Demand (self-paced, start anytime). Each course card clearly shows the format.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. You’ll get a digital certificate of completion with the CPD hours once you finish. For live sessions, you will receive your certificate after attendance is verified. For online courses, you must complete a short quiz to receive your certificate.

How long do I have access to an online course?

Access length varies by course and is stated on the course page.

Do I need prior qualifications?

Most CPD courses have no prerequisites. If a course expects prior knowledge, we’ll state it clearly on the course page.
