In this series, Emma and Sophie — the directors of QuEST — share their passion for Early Years education, give insights into training and practice, and open the doors a little wider so you can get to know the people behind the training.

What QuEST Stands For

QuEST was founded in 2008 with one mission: to provide Quality Education and Skills Training for Early Years practitioners across the region.

Over the years, QuEST has become more than a training provider. It’s a community committed to raising standards in nurseries and schools, ensuring every child in the UAE has access to the best possible start.

As Emma and Sophie share in the vlog, their personal connection to the Early Years drives everything they do. From years of working in nurseries to raising their own children, they know first-hand how crucial those first five years are — and how important it is that practitioners are skilled, confident, and supported.
