About the event
Explore how effective leadership can strengthen staff practice, improve the quality of children's experiences and create a positive setting culture. We will share breakfast and have time to discuss current challenges and offer support to one another.
This will be followed by a 1 hour practical session that will cover leading quality, developing staff, coaching conversations and managing difficult conversations, with activities and reflection to help leaders identify one action they can take immediately to improve their setting quality.
