About
Starting a new term is a big transition for young children—and how we support them during this time matters. In this session, we’ll explore key elements that help children settle in smoothly and confidently. We'll dive into the power of routines, what a quality classroom environment really looks like, and how it supports children's emotional well-being. We'll also tackle behaviour management strategies—especially during those first few weeks—and highlight why working in partnership with families and colleagues is essential.
