Course Description

In this leadership CPD we will consider what we mean by good staff mental health and well-being and discuss why a good level of mental health and wellbeing is essential to our settings. We will explore the challenges that our staff may experience that impact on their mental health and well-being. You will be invited to reflect on the impact of the leader on staff’s well-being. And to finish on a positive note we will consider a way to audit the staff and setting’s well-being and make action plans to support and improve this.
