Course Description

A reflective and informative session that explores what we believe about how children learn and how our vision and beliefs underpin all our actions. We discuss how children’s needs change during the year and how we can address these changing needs. We will do an audit of our daily routines and classroom management and discuss why we do what we do. We will discuss how an effective classroom enables children to be more independent, supports self-regulation and helps develop thinking skills.
