Course Description

This training session provides nursery staff with information to ensure all adults working with children understand their roles and responsibilities and can respond to children who may be or are at risk from harm. This course will revisit the following areas: - Child Protection in the UAE, including the 14 dimensions - Professional responsibilities - The impact of personal values - What is meant by protecting children and young people - What is abuse - Child abuse categories - How to respond, report and record - Reporting concerns
