Course Description

This CPD will focus on inclusion in an Early Years setting, the importance of diversity and how to celebrate this in their setting, as well as how to identify discrimination and positively challenge this. Learners will explore what equality and inclusion looks like in practice, including strategies and additions to resources and play spaces that will foster children’s well-being and sense of belonging in the setting.
