Care for Children Course for School and Nursery Staff

This course covers core Primary and Secondary skills:-

* Scene Safety Assessment universal Precautions-Communicable

* Disease Protection & Barrier Use

* Primary Assessment

* Obstructed Airway Management (child & infant)

* CPR specifically for children and infants

* Responding appropriately to choking

* Serious bleeding Management

* Shock Management

* Spinal injury Management

* Injury Assessment

* Bandaging and splinting suspected breaks and fractures

* Illness Assessment

Course date:   Saturday, 3rd March 2012

Venue:     Knowledge Village, Block 2A, Office F43

Time:  9am – 3pm  (6hr course)

Course fees:  AED 600

(fee includes light refreshments, course certificate and course notes)

All students receive full handbook and a certification card valid for 2 years.

Certification cards are issued by EFR UK.
